Clearly not my best pic, but I'm very excited that I got to meet the talented knitwear designer Shannon Okey. Besides designing Shannon is an author and runs her own publishing company Cooperative Press. She was visiting Austin to teach classes at Hill Country Weavers and I stopped by for her book signing, I'm glad I did.
