I've had the pleasure of working with Joji for a little over a year, and with each introduction of every new piece my appreciation for her talent grows.
For this giveaway Joji and I thought we'd have a little fun and do a "Treasure Hunt" through her collections: Accessories, Children's Garments and Women's Garments.
There will be 3 winners and the prizes are an April Shawl Kit with a skein of Malabrigo Sock, the Tourist Sweater pattern and the Boxy Sweater pattern.
But first enjoy these latest additions to her impressive resume of design work.
Boxy |
Dragonflies |
While
Dragonflies is a very feminine and
comfortable jumper, worked in a beautiful textured stitch pattern which is very
stretchy and will adapt to your body shape and hug you. It is worked from the
top down, seamlessly, in the round. The collar is worked from the neck up so
you can easily adjust its length.
April Shawl |
Knit in 1 skein of Malabrigo Sock JOJI shares the story of her
April Shawl. The first little drops of a rain make me happy… They
don’t wet you. They rest on your shoulders like tiny sparkling jewels…The beaded
border of this shawl was designed to remind you of those first little raindrops…
The body is worked from the neck down, with a crescent shape, and once it is
completed, the border is worked sideways, with short repeats that are fun and
fast to complete.
Tourist Sweater |
And the
Tourist Sweater is the perfect go to tunic pullover when you need
something simple yet stylish and its knit in the soft merino wool yarn Malabrigo
Merino Worsted. It’s a simple and quick knit, with a few twists
that will keep the process of knitting it interesting, starting with knitting
the collar in one direction, and the rest of the body in another. In this photo, of Joji, she's also wearing her Buttontab Hat!
