Introducing Gentle Breezes

What type of knitter will you be this Spring? Will you challenge yourself to advance your lace knitting skills and try beading for the first time?

It is with great pleasure I introduce to you a very special Sandrasingh.com Exclusive Pattern, the very first beaded lace project, Gentle Breezes stole by HeartStrings!

Gentle Breezes

Picture early morning walks on the beach and looking out over gently breaking waves through the morning haze, this is HeartStrings' Gentle Breezes stole. A Sandrasingh.com Exclusive Pattern Gentle Breezes is knit in one skein of my Sandrasingh.com Lace.

The ends of the stole are done in a wide lace border reminiscent of breaking waves. Beads give a glint of sunlight off the waves. The main lace stitch pattern gives the feel of breezes and the gentle swells of the ocean.

Fittingly, for the sample shown Heartstings chose a gently variegated gray/blue/green yarn in a color called Ocean Breeze. But feel free to choose yarn and bead colors to match the picture story you imagine of gentle breezes on a morning or evening walk.
