Lace in All Shapes

From quick one skein scarves and socks to beautiful sweaters, you'll adore these 6 new lace projects by your favorite designers.

One skein of Schaefer's Andrea is all you need to knit Rebecca Hatcher's beaded Fountain Shawl. The beads are attached by the crochet hook method and the scarf begins and ends with a lovely ruffle!

With one skein of Lorna's Laces Helen's Lace you can knit more than one of HeartStrings' flattering-to-wear and easy-to-knit V-Start Neck Kerchief Scarf, an attractive scarf using just 150 yards of lace weight yarn. With 1250 yards per skein Imagine the gifting possibilities!

And one skein of Lorna's Laces Shepherd Sock is all you need to knit HeartStrings' Pulled Salt Water Taffy Socks. It's stitch pattern was designed to mimic the look of taffy being pulled and the ribbed stitch makes a good-fitting sock across a range of 3 sizes.

With one skein of Schaefer's Audrey, in two contrasting colors, you can knit both variations of Through The Loops' Roma shawl. Worked from the center top edge down the Roma pattern includes the original Roma Shawl and Roma with variations.

One to two skeins of Schaefer Heather is all you need to knit the delightfully beaded shrug Brisa by Nelkin Designs. This dressy little number is perfect to throw on over a simple dress or for a little something special with your fancy cocktail dress. Beads float gently at the top of eyelets adding a bit of sparkle, though you can easily not use beads and still have a great lacey topper.
