Knit om a worsted weight yarn knit your Sublimity in my 1 Ply Merino Worsted.  

Bead requirements: 172 size 6/0 beads for cowl and pair of cuffs.
Yardage of 330 yds includes 230 yds for the cowl and 100 yds for the cuffs. Shown in Zen Yarn Garden Serenity Worsted
Needles: US 8 (5.0mm)
Gauge: 34 stitches and 25 rows = 4" in twisted rib pattern in the round
