Laura Aylor's "Park Slope"
Fall
Fashion Report: Its
all about dressing sharp in menswear inspired garments. Rich colors, tailored,
with masculine touches but a sense of femininity. Every major fashion house
showed this look on the runway and I've found another project for you to easily
add this "Annie Hall-esque" look to your own wardrobe: Park Slope by Laura Aylor.
T-shirts
are wardrobe staples and the asymmetrical ribbing at the hem and deeper rib at
the scoop of the neckline make the knitting and wearing of Park
Slope interesting. It is constructed from the top down in just 2-4
skeins of Madetosh Tosh Merino Light (which is On Sale), with
set-in sleeves knit simultaneously with the body. Park Slope
will work just as beautifully under a tailored jacket as it will with an
oversized cardigan.
